Forging Capabilities

Star Concept concentrate our resource advantages to provide customers with normal die forging and multiple die forging products. Conventional forgings include plug valve bodies made of 4140 and 4340, integral joints. The regular stock reaches 1000 tons. We can meet the needs of different customers and save the cost of capital turnover for our customers. Meanwhile, we make every effort to build elbow production line and supply free forging and its special parts, and we can also manufacture according to the samples and drawings provided by customers.
